12 Bolt Rear End Disc Brake Conversion
« on: June 28, 2012, 07:21:42 PM »
Ok I have been doing some research around the Internet for a rear disc brake conversion on my 12 bolt rear end. Is there a factory setup I can pull from another Chevy that I can pull from the junkyard and bolt it up to my rear end. To me stock is the best bang so if I have issues I can go to the local auto part store for parts. I would appreciate the help.

From your screen name I would assume you have an 87, 2wd or 4wd ?

There is a bracket kit that utilizes astro rotors and gm d52 calipers, here is the link

You'll still need to get a adjustable proportioning valve, and other knick knacks to get it together
