They are going to be black Plastic like the others.  The ones I am making are for the vacuum mold, and I am making both sides (front/back) so they have to be painted for the gelcoat not to stick.

I am waiting for it to get warm enough to spray the gelcoat, I don't have access to paint booth when I am not working, so....  I have been advised not to show the mold process as the issues other companies gave for refusing to make it I have a solution, and I don't want it to be copied, so I won't be posting pics of that, but when I pop them out for making the 3 gauge I will post it.

Also talked to someone that can 3D scan it...

You're using the master you made to make the mold, right?  So why do you need it digitized, or is that part of the secret recipe?
