The kit comes with everything, the speedo is electric not cable.
Water, Fuel, Oil and Volts on the small ones, Speed and Tach for the larger ones.

its mounted in its own cluster. almost as if someone gutted one of our gauges and inserted new gauges. you just have to put the bezel on and its just like oem except for the computer box with a bunch of wires running to it. i would imagine it is kind of similar to the digital setup http://forum.73-87chevytrucks.com/smforum/index.php/topic,7638.0.html

It is just like the digital version in how it replaces the factory cluster.  Just remove the factory one and put this in, wire it and your done.

What I meant by my speedo question, is, what would I need to do to make it work with my truck, which has the cable speedo?

no it has a electric sending unit you thread into your transmission where the speedo cable goes, then you have to either drive 1 mile or know a set speed and set it to that. That’s the main reason I got the digital ones is for my bigger tires

if i can remember right it has an adapter to fit your trans. then it also has a pin like whats in the speedo cable. i had to cut it down to make it fit then i didnt cut it down enough and it separated the sending unit so i had to pop everything back in place and put silicone on the edges so no water could get in. that was the only problem i had with mine

These are pre-order units now, capt. are you planning on stocking these in the future, or will they always be pre-order ?  ( I want one, but wont be ready till next summer for gages)
