062 Heads
« on: March 26, 2018, 11:47:30 AM »
I am just about finished with my 062 vortec heads but I have a question. Is it necessary to lap my valve seats with both course and fine grit compound? I just completed lapping all of the valve seats with the course grit. Thoughts?

If you used coarse then yes you need to use the fine to finish and thoroughly was them afterwards.
