84 C-10 Firewall Insulation Pad Replacement
« on: November 05, 2021, 10:21:56 PM »
Insulation pad was falling apart when I removed the heater box for a core replacement.
So, I decided to replace it...............BIG MISTAKE !!
Well, not really, just a LOT of work.
Everything has to come off the firewall.......
Steering Column
Pedal hanger bracket
Fuse block
Heater ducts
etc..etc......etc.......

What a royal PIA..............

Yikes. Yeah mine got really soaked from a leak I just had in the cab and I was considering replacing it. That does sound like a lot.
