Radio Replacement

<< < (2/2)

Well, I was fortunate to find a nice clean one on ebay from some lady she pulled out of her old Buick, $75.00. It had all the knobs, even the base/treble and fade ones. Very clean inside and out, works great! It's hit or miss with these old radios, but if connected right they do work well. Especially if all you listen to is sports and conservative talk radio and have one simple dash speaker!

I took the cover off of my original one and all it was-was a wire I could have soldered from the antennae connection. Oh well, and it may not have fried, the radio fuse was blown and the radio may have been saved. Anyone know how I connect it outside the vehicle, to bench test it?
