Blower motor wiring?

I am missing the power wire that feeds the blower motor and was wondering if anyone has a schematic to help me rewire the blower motor connection. I've got the 2 ground wires (1 from harness, 1 from blower motor housing) and have a pretty good idea where the wire used to be (melted 3 prong connector near the blower resistor) and i just want to make sure I do it right. It's a 74, factory air truck. Thanks!

P.S- It was an extremely cold ride to work this morning!

The blower wire comes off of the AC relay. Is the relay installed?

That is a HUGE help! Thanks, man! The relay is installed. When I get a chance, i'll take a pic and post it...the plug is actually melted, so i'm pretty sure it melted and was removed because of a possible short (the previous owner has proven himself as a dumb@$$ several times over as i've gone through the truck.

What service manual did that come out of, and how can I get my hands on one? I rewired the power wire to the blower motor from the blower motor relay after purchasing a new one at Auto Zone. Now it looks like I have to replace the blower motor because the motor is receiving power (12v at prong, with ground to the motor unit). So that'll be fun to do after work tomorrow. Thanks, again, for the schematic.
