my brothers Crew Cab
« on: November 12, 2011, 10:47:22 PM »
This is my brothers truck.  We use this to go get parts cars or what ever we are working on at that point in time.  This is also what we use to pull the camper and all the other heavier things.  The truck is an 89 diesel with a th400.  He put the stacks in it 8 years ago as a tribute to a Friend of ours that passed away.  This truck had a utility bed on it and still was painted PennDOT yellow when he got it.  Unfortunately our work horse is showing its age and is in need of some major repairs.  Just seen today that one of the rear leaves is broke along with one of the u-bolts.  He is having a hard time finding the center cab mounts for it. (I'm not sure if they are the same as the front or rear ones) and he said it also needs the rear part that goes side to side on it under the cab.  I would say he got his moneys worth out of it.  He payed 1500 for it 10 years ago.  Now its time to park it and give it some much needed tlc.
