ok, is when they finally went metric on the wheel stud as well?
Wheel stud went metric in 1988 with the model change I believe. The conversion lugs ( to use the later style center caps) are available in the standard sizes. I have 2006 Rims/caps on my 1985 extended cab

i didnt know when GM went to metric wheel studs on their trucks, cause i found a set of rims that are off a 2001 HD that has the centers an lugs to an didnt know if the those lugs would work on my suburban
didnt realize they carried the same bolt pattern an center bore size as long as they did, i thought they would have changed that when they went to the new body style. where i work at, i asked one of the mechanics about the bolt pattern for dodge, an the way he talked they carried the same pattern as GM but he didnt say when they changed it. with ford though, they way he talked, was before they went to the super duty, the rims off a ford truck would work, but when they came out with the super duty, i guess thats when they went metric an changed the patterns. anyway, would those dual thread lugs would they have to be special order part from advanced auto or autozone? looking on their site, it shows they have them. but i was curious if they'd have to special order those or not.
