anyone know where i can get a 3.73 posi

Hey everyone, do any of you guys know where i can get a 3.73 posi trac rear end for my 76 chevy short box. I am lookin for a 12 bolt. I will probably be pushin out about 375-475 horse. Thanks.

I have a buddy with a 4.10 12-bolt posi for sale, does it have to have 3.73's?

i got a buddy looking for exactly that a 4:10 posi 12 bolt how much for it and where are you im in georgia and is it 5 or 6 lug?

you guys really don't "need" a twelve bolt unless it's just personal preference. The 8.5" 10 bolt that GM built from about 1980 or so and up is just as strong as a twelve bolt is any day. Not only that, it's easier to get parts for and cheaper too. The real step-up is a dana 60 or a 9 inch ford if you can afford it!!!

How much do ford 9" posi's usually run for and where can i get one. if really expensive then how much and where can i get the 3.73 12 bolt or 10 bolt posi.

Call Randy's R&P @ 1-800-292-1031 or check out www.ringpinion.com  Gears are about $175, not sure what a LS goes for.  I got a Lockright for a 10-bolt for $245 and put it in myself.

hey can you get me the 4.10's for that 12 bolt? I have a 12 bolt and would like to step up to 4.10's i dont need the axles just r&P. I live in KY. Cheaper the better!

i just ordered Richmond 4.10s and the installation kit for a 10-bolt from Summit for around $250
