I'm new here, so thank you in advance for any info you might have.
I have a 74 c-20 with the original 16.5s
Stock steels.
I love the look, but I'd like to upgrade to a 16"or 17" in the same style rim so I can put a better tire on the truck.

there is a 16" option in the steel wheel that accepts a hubcap. I don't have many pictures this way because I've changed to the newer style wheels

I like the 99-06 style in either steel or aluminum

I switched from 16.5 split rim to stock 16" 8 bolt wheels I got from pick and pull. I paid about $25/wheel, and then bought tires to match. However, these are stock width rims (8"?).
If you have a high GVW C-20 (my K25 is 8200 lbs GVW) you need to use 10 ply/E load rating tires to maintain the cargo capacity. They are a little more than standard truck tires, but still easy to find. Stock height tires are usually 245/75R-16E - about 31" tall.

Thanks for the reply.
I ended up picking up a 10 ply 235/65/16
Which will keep it the 28" it's currently at.

It's probably too late, but for future reference, i think this place has them in 10" wide. i don't have time to research:
