Well the latest is Pandemic threw everything off, and I was trying to be respectful of the company doing work, but after they ghosted me in 2022 about the time you posted this, I finally showed up at their door asking questions and the guy there tells me that my contact wasn't in the office as much this year and he is now off because he has a newborn and that he would give him a message.  This is basically the same thing that was told to me the 3 times prior which I informed him, AND informed him that I have left voicemails and emails that haven't been returned for over 8 months.
As of today, The proof I dropped off and the cut template I dropped off they state were "lost" and floated away in a flood. Granted their location does have that potential, but a 66"x 60" pieced of ABS shaped like a boat won't float through the largest of their doors of 36" where they were stored.
Now they owe me money for the loss and we are disagreeing on cost and amount.  I am seriously frustrated with all of this but I am trying to get it back on track.
When i dropped it off all they had to do was get boxing prices and get 2 box proofs and I was going to ship one of these to a friend and have him proof it in his truck after shipment.  Now I am back at square one where I am going to have to pull one out of a paying customer who owns one and start over again.

This has been an interesting thread. Are there any updates?

No solid update we are still debating on the amount I am owed for trimming 2 panels based on what they stated they would charge me.  There is a slight difference in what I think I am owed vs what they want to pay me.

I am still watching this development (years now). I would like to discuss the financial situation if that is relevant. Pm me capt. if you would like.

Yeah, throw out a dollar amount and see if there is enough interest for members who want one to pitch in on it.

Money isn't an object, getting someone to ACTUALLY follow through is.  They still owe me money and we had a conversation at the beginning on the year where they promised to move the 3 projects I have in flux (this one included) to the end.  After about 3 emails they stopped responding and I am trying to find a place that can actually do what I am asking locally as I own the molds.
