TH350 Whining sound
« on: November 18, 2018, 08:29:07 PM »
Recently started hearing whining sound coming from tranny. I think someone told me it was the pump and it would probably get louder and then eventually truck would not move, then would need overhaul to fix.

Wanting to insure that I was told correctly.

Do you see bubbles in the fluid on the dipstick?

Aerated fluid indicates the fluid was overheated or overfull. Is it over? Either way change the fluid and filter.
