     We used to fab bumpers like that all the time for jeeps, helps in airing tires back up after being on the trail.  Someone put some work into that bumper.

i think we've had a literal ton of stuff dropped off this last week, he probably gets a feeling of accomplishment when his truck is half empty at the start of his route.  ;D
