My buddy came over today and this week we're going to remove the bed and do the final prep work on the bed. Once the bed is done it's onto the cab. I'm hoping to have the truck ready for paint in about a month or so.

Hey Vile, what size wheels(front and rear) are on your truck? I really like the jelly bean mags, slots, U.S. Indy's or whatever they're called. :)

15x10 rear with 26" mickey thompsons and 15x8.5 front with 265/50R15 Cooper Cobras on the front. I love these wheels. I always called them aluminum slots but they do have many names and apparently MANY manufacturers. These wheels were even a dealer option once upon a time.

Man, get it done already its not like you got anything else to work on. Geesh already ya been milking that foot long enough, what is taking so long? I'm just kidding with ya, it's looking great. And you proably want it done worse than any one. I had the same kinda wheels on my first car and they came off a 74 chevy truck my dad had when I was a kid, guess thats when I fell in love with trucks. I've tried to find some old pics of it but no luck.

lol, I'm prolly gonna puke bondo dust tonight because I'm gonna drink a case of beer at this rtate. I've got a rash on my right arm from arc welding today and then a chemical burn, now fiberglass dust and bondo. Let's see if I live long enough to get this truck done.  :P

Yeah I love those wheels too. I have a set off of a Camaro. I think they're 15x8's and 14x5 or 6's. I would love to put them on a recently accuired 85 lwb but not sure if the bolt pattern is the same and I think I would need 15's for the front. Anyway your stepside is coming along and lookin great!
