My 87 V30 Rebuild
« on: May 02, 2008, 05:54:15 PM »

This is how it looked a few months ago before the motor spun a bearing

This is the rebuilt motor Crane Cam, Elderbrock intake, Ceramic coated headers, Accel ignition, rebuilt throttle body

Here is the new home for the 468 ;D

Did some trading wound up with a perfect bed no rust very minor dents

Here is the donor truck for the cab and other parts. Got it for free just have to pull the motor and take it back. Also I picked up a 90-91 grill and core support .

Very good.

Could you please explain, step-by-step, and in great detail how did you get the whole front end off in one piece?    fenders attached to grill/radiator support.

Done some trading wound up with some 35's on 16x8 wheels. I have a 91 core support and grill to go in when it cools off some.  Then the next project will be redoing the other cab I have then put it on and paint the truck.

Very nice! I would have never thought the truck could even look as good as it does in the last pic... from looking at the first pic lol. That's one long truck. Paint it! But what color...?
