I have a 87 4x4 V20. I'm rebuilding the front end and never noticed the gap between the axle and the differential housing should there be a seal or gasket as it has a groove in the housing. Thanks. Also is the torque spec for the ball joints on the steering link the same as the tie rod ends. 40 ft pounds
