Anyone convert a quadrajet to manual choke ?

No I haven't but I have switch over a few from the hot air style to electric. The divorced style is pretty good also but won't work if the hot air passage under the intake is blocked off for performance or due to carbon buildup. I think you have the hot air style. Are you having problems with your choke. Why are you wanting to go with manual?

My quadrajet is manual and works great that way.  I could get you some pictures if you’re interested.

That would be great to have pics . I did run a choke cable to the carb but could not figure how to hook linkage up . Thanks .

I bought a parts store kit for mine. It was easy to install and worked pretty good.
