wiper wiring help please.

i have an 1984 with wiper issues. its always been if i turn my wipers on it goes straight to high.  i purchased a used blazer tilt steering with delayed wipers hoping it was plug and play. well, i found that possibly my harness has been de pinned and changed? looking at the diagram and my harness, the letters on the bulkhead do not match up with the print. Am i right? do i need to de pin it?

i followed the diagram and it works great now.
