Wheel Bearings... front..
« on: December 18, 2016, 08:07:59 PM »
So I just replaced the bearings, races and seals in my 1991 K5.  Got to thinking, hey lets treat the 84 K2500 to the same treatment.  Online catalogs seem to indicate both trucks call for the same front wheel bearings and seals.  Is that possible with the K5 being 6 lug and the 2500 8?

Thanks

me personally only used duralast except for the past few years when i switch to a new favorite store called NAPA. i use their store brand with no issues. even if you have issues with one brand or another thing you have to think about is "was it installed correctly"

yeah thats a good point to think about. a buddy of mine only uses Napa brand wheel bearings and hes never had an issue and they are the ones i planned on using.
