not to be a jerk but have you not searched the internet?  Google is your friend.  I found at least 20 different places by just searching truck cover.

Even though I keep my square inside, I wanted a cover for dust and dirt. I bought a cheap one from advance auto. Auto craft brand. Within a month it had already torn from only taking it off a couple times. I bought the cheapest one I could find from    truck, that I believe is water resistant. Works good.

Hey, dont be such a jerk! Lol

I agree zieg. I was told not to cover a nice paint job. The moving cover (blowing around outdoors) will mess it up. But i guess indoors should be fine. The one VZ posted looks great.

Hi c10rider:
California Car Cover Co has good covers and have a wide selection of materials for different needs. They will also customize their covers if you have mods on your truck where a standard size wont fit snug.
Regards,
Henry

I bought a cover from Car Craft Covers and its been real nice... Keeps the dirt off and seems to not scratch the paint.
Here is what they do for 1974 C10
