Good Bye caddy tails, going back to the stock look. Have all new interior pieces ready, custom made leather high backs, all new glass just moved it into my storage. Going to finish redoing the body (again) to get this thing looking the way I truly want.  My eternal build  ;D

Yes, took a while to get the rust off. The chrome trim is available now again too

From a member on this site who restored some slotted mags, I Found some Flitz Metal Pre Clean, can't believe how much elbow grease I save with things like rust and such. Unreal! It just melts off!

I did in one of the iterations of my builds and while they were cool at the time, they aged out on me. So rather than live with it, I'm doing something about it before I repaint it. In other news, I also considered making it into a stepside and that is still a possibility in one of my redesign drafts that I absolutely am in love with....

Finished building the seat bases this weekend and test fit the seats. I'll post better pics later. I'm painting the bases now.

Finished the brackets and bolted the seats in. They fit perfectly, slide back and forth, recline, plenty of legroom, and it was like 70° out today! I cleaned the garage and gave some of the trucks a bath. Did I mention that I HATE winter?

The 75 K5? I had a guy stop by and offer me $16K last year. I said no  ;)

At the moment, none of them are for sale.

This guy is asking $22k and it appears clean. Although not for sale (yours), would you be in that neighborhood?

73-75 K5's are full tops and the most desirable years. I'd be asking way more than that and that thing looks like a macco special.

This weekend's progress, installed-drilled-fit the cab side trim molding and wheel well moldings. Fit the factory style tailgate in place.
