I have a 3+3 c-20, on my speedometer face the speed of 55 is orange, where as the rest of the numbers are white. Does any one know why?

The National Maximum Speed Law was a federal overreach with mixed compliance between states.  Nonetheless, the maximum "legal" speed was emphasized on many US market speedometers.  A few vehicles were actually governed at 55 MPH.  Thankfully, that agonizing debacle expired.
