Got a video! hope the link works..

Not sure if this is what yall need to see as i propped my phone up and ended when it fell. let me know. Followed the proper starting procedure and still no start. can verify there is fuel, and also on the note of DanMcG the spark plugs are new and i did verify the spark by pulling git out and grounding against the engine. also I had the idle screw tightened right up initially but I loosened it out three turns as a start.

Advance your timing a degree or two. Thank Carmen77 for the idea that came from her dad!

Actually, loosen the dist clamp where you can turn the dist with effort.

If you have a helper, have them crank the engine as you advance and retard the dist, the nipple on the vacuum advance point the direction to advance the timing. Once you get it started, check the timing with a light and set.

With the engine cold after sitting overnight, remove the air cleaner.  With the keys in your pocket and the engine OFF, prop and hold the choke plate open so that it is completely vertical.  Using a bright flashlight, peer down the throat of the carburetor and operate the throttle by hand to quickly open it all the way two times.  Did you see two well-defined streams of fuel squirting into the center of the throttle bores both times that you opened the throttle?

In other words... if people learn by making mistakes, by now I should know just about everything!!!

Yep. Both times there were two streams. Engine sat overnight and just went out and checked.

So when it's not fuel, it points to ignition. Try the timing adjust.

Have yet to get a timing light to get it on spot but moving the distributor worked!!!!! I moved it counterclockwise. its far  to the right so i may set zero and pull the distributor to get it closer but thank you all so much!!!!!!

Thank you Johnny for the credit

Yes, I had this exact issue and my dad was able to guide me through the timing issue through the phone. It was like having a new truck once I was able to get the timing right.
