4L80E
« on: January 12, 2021, 05:16:17 PM »
Could use some assistance properly pricing some items I need to sell. One being a 4L80E with 180,000 miles. It was properly maintained, fluid is pink, very little residue on the stick. Shifted fine, never had any problems with it. It's coming out of my last truck that was totaled by insurance. It was an 02 2500HD. I'll be getting it back soon. So far that is the only part someone is inquiring about. I will have the whole truck in the next few days and will be taking her apart.  :-[ :'( She will be sorely missed.

It's a 4WD, 6.0LS engine, in southern IN. Thanks for the help! Will the 6.0 bolt directly into my 78 K20? Bulldog 4 speed in the K20.

I'd say ask $800-$1,000 for it. The bolt pattern will match up but you'll need to get the correct pilot bushing and check the flywheel spacing and mating. Better option would be to run the engine, trans etc from the donor if you are going that route.

I thought about that but will the NP203 work?
