Monday, September 22nd, 2014:
Took the truck out for its maiden voyage. Had a grinding noise that I couldn't find coming from the rear.

Sunday, September 28th, 2014:
After a couple more drives I finally narrowed the noise (other than the gear whine on accell) to the Calipers grinding on the rotor. When I bought these brackets from Captain Fab there were mentions of this happening but I had these for a while. Emailed Captain Fab about it and he told me to take pics. In my haste of getting it installed I never noticed the difference in the rotors. I ordered a replacement set and asked them to order 3, you will see why soon...
Here is where it was grinding.. (passenger side)
This is the Passenger side rotor:
Notice the Drivers side, not grinding

Monday, September 29th, 2014:
Rotors showed up and I went to pick them up. I initially just had them open the box, compared my measurement was the same and emailed Captain Fab my findings and told him I would give him measurements on my setup. Went to lunch and then went back to the store and asked to see and measure all of the rotors. I found 2 different sized as before. 7.3/8" and 7.1/2"
This 7.3/8" rotor, this matched my side that didnt rub:
This 7.1/2" rotor:
All 3 rotors (from Autozone) had the same part number and manufacturer/company.
Customer Service from Captain Fab was top notch. He modified the bracket measurements for future cuts along with sending me replacement brackets free of Charge.

October 8, 2014:
dropped the truck off at
http://hensonperformance.com/
to get the truck dyno'd again after changing the turbo's, rear axle swap to 3.42 gears and limited slip, lowering and 4 wheel disc swap.
Now I can drive it and beat on it some without worrying about a bad batch of gas. It has recently developed a oil leak that appears to be the rear main so I am not going to push this motor. Plan on getting the other 6.0L pulled down and put back together and swap it out. It made 457.9@5100rpm and 505.5lb/ft@4250rpms on 7.7lbs.

Just read all the way through this and wow is all I can say. My son and I just pulled the 305 and th350c in prep to put at 5.3 in his 84. Got some good tips from this post.

NASTY-LSX, the Impala cars with HD suspension share the same bolt pattern with the 2WD trucks up to 1999.
