Trouble maker

Trouble ahead
Trouble behind
And you know that notion
Just crossed my mind?

Can you name that tune    ???

I sat down to watch them in concert in 1980 at the SD Sports Arena, very popular venue for major labels in the day. Led, Bowie, Jackson Brown, the "Boss", WHO.

Some concerts aren't memorable for various reasons...this one was MOST.

We (GF) had just sat down. Someone passed a bomber, she took a hit and handed it to me, and I instinctively took a hit without thinking.

I had been talking to her about getting away for this lifestyle, realized she wasn't taking me seriously. I wasn't her fault I took the hit.

Most memorable was leaving immediately with or without her, her screaming at me through the parking lot about how much the tickets cost yada yada. Did NOT go back, can't remember if she did... ::)

Last time for me, never looked back  :)

My question is, whyyy oh whyyy did you choose that night at that concert of all places?  Lol

I commend you though most people would say, starting tomorrow.....

Everyone has their breaking point. Yours just happened to be at a great concert. Lol

I don't know ::)...From body language, looks like your Square is open but your Hum is resistant...just saying  8)

BTW, really wasn't into the G.D. back in the day as much as she was. I do regret not just toughing it out and resolving it later. She went on to marry one of my friends some years later. So glad that was the end of a major "waste of time". (Drugs that is, not her. She was fun, but both too young)

As the wise man said, "There is a time for everything" it was time...

I agree Johnny ... it’s almost like the Hummer has a wall up.

You might say that you are “Grateful” that the concert changed your life?

See what I did there?

Looks great!

Did you end up with sound deadening below the carpet?

Thank you!

Actually sound deadening is on the agenda for this weekend.

I will update with pictures if all goes according to plan.

What product did you decide to go with for the sound deadening?

I’m not sure if we are allowed to say brands on post ??? So, I will just say K.M. 80mil. I’m not doing the whole cab only a small area. This is not ever going to be a daily driver for me just a cruiser so to speak.

I think they only get twisted up if the store has it, and I don’t think it does. Apparently there’s one parts dealer that is off-limits. I’m not sure I know which one. Or why for that matter?
