Title: Wrong Proportioning Valve?
Post by: ckit87 on September 14, 2020, 06:32:55 PM
Hello all,

I’m not sure if I have the right proportioning valve for my 87 V10. On the box that came it says 73-86 but on the ad it said 73-87. Has anyone used this same one? I paid $45 for it on eBay. If this is wrong, which one should I get?

Thanks,
Cameron(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20200914/a5c009034a00f47583a2f3e6d39ff6a5.jpg)

Looks like the one I have in my 81K10 that is located under the radiator on the inside of the crossmember.
