Center Caps
« on: August 03, 2017, 11:28:04 AM »
I just got new tires mounted on a set of vintage turbine wheels.

Had no idea there were SO many different types of lug nuts. Evidently these wheels take "1/2" extended mag" style lug nut. No shops in San Diego carried them, they had standard mag, short mag, and cragar sst, cragar mag.... so I ordered one set off amazon to be sure my measurements were right. Waiting on the remaining 4 sets now so I can get my wheels mounted and my neighbors can stop cursing my truck on blocks.

So now I'm trying to find center caps.  When I measure the bore of the wheel with a measuring tape it looks like 3.75" I have one old plastic cap that fit and when I measure that inside of the lip I get 3.5". Admittedly I need to measure with calipers.
Regardless I cant seem to find push thru center caps that are close to either of these measurements.

HELP!!!
