I have a 91 firebird th700r4 that is in my 74 c10 and I need to know how to wire up the torque converter lockup switch to. I have no clue on this, and any and all info is appreciated. The 355 is revving up to about 3200 rpm before shifting from 1st to 2nd and 2nd to 3rd, and won't go into overdrive, so I have a feeling this would help in that department.

That has nothing to do with it. You need to first correct your late shift problem which sounds to me like your TV cable is adjusted too tight.
As far as wiring up a TCC solenoid there are several methods you can use. You can buy a premade kit or you can do it yourself. Here's one way I drew up for example

Yea, there is several converter lock up kits out there. Like Vile said you can piece it together to your needs/ wants or buy a simple kit.

How are you doing with that anyway? Did you make a final decision on your parts?

I'm trying to come up with an accurate list based on the info on that 'Raptor' site. They have a master kit that comes with converter for $921.00. with some of my add ons including the better converter and they're 'torque drive' kit I will be in the neighborhood of $1300-$1400. Thats everything bullet proof and a good converter.
Sorry, I have been working non stop again mixed with home improvement projects and the chevelle, heater in the garage crapped out, the truck is acting up, third starter, and the tranny doesn't like the new power, its shifting all mushy. So my list is growing.
I almost took apart the 700 this weekend, but I remembered the list I just mentioned and went back into the house. :-\

Thanks for the help...i'll purchase one of the kits from Summit one of these days. It isn't going to hurt the tranny not having that stuff connected, is it?

It'll rev a little higher if the torque converter isn't locking at cruising speeds and it may run a little hotter too because you're creating more heat in the converter.
