Fender Antenna Mount Location
« on: July 29, 2017, 11:57:40 AM »
I have a 1979 K20. I bought a fender mounted antenna bracket, but based on the offsetting of the mount, I'm not sure where on the fender to mount it? It's going on the right fender. The previous was jerry-rigged to the bed. Once I drill the mounting hole, that where it will stay. Any help and pictures would greatly benefit. Thanks.

All of my 73-80's had the antenna in the windshield except for my 1980 which was on the pass fender and it had a round base which did not look like the pic above. So post a pic of yours so we can see which one you have.

Thanks DanMcG. That's the mount I bought. I figured it was around that location otherwise it would interfere with the model label. Prefect!
