83 silverado left power window switch

i hope some one can help.my switch quit on me. i opened the door up and the factory terminals were all rusted and some broken. i have power to the switch and power to the motor but still not working.i think i may have gotten wires switched somehow. i installed new switch still nothing.can someone show me the proper location of the factory wires?i have had to strip and cram the wires into the slots because the terminals were junk.i cannot find the correct wire color codes anywhere please help .riding in n. c. summer with the windows up sucks bad.THANK YOU.

The factory wiring diagram is shown below along with the left and right AC Delco window switch pigtails.
