Inner horn contact in steering column must be repaired

Hi,
I‘m sorry but i don‘t know the exact name of this part.
The fix horn contact at steering column don‘t comes out wide enough.
I think the spring is broken.


Can this repaired or must i buy the plastic part with the steering column harness?
Where can i find this (and what‘s the name of it)? I looked at   and ra but i didn‘t found something.

Okay i don‘t why i did not found it, perhaps because i was fixed at horn parts. Now the turn signal switch is ordered.
