Name this part
« on: May 30, 2022, 01:15:51 PM »
Name this part. I think it is illumination for the wiper switch on the bezel, from cluster when headlights are on. It is not working currently. I haven't seen a light, so to speak, like this.

Would like part number and availability if possible.

Fiber Optic

There isn't much that can go wrong with it unless the ribbon is physically broken.  It should connect to an incandescent light source such as a specialized 168 bulb socket that attaches to the back of the instrument cluster.  Make sure the bulb isn't burned out and is receiving power and ground from the PC board.
