« on: February 24, 2011, 05:40:41 PM »
hello,  new from central IL.  lovin the site right now.  U guys have already helped with my trans issues i was having.  I have a 85 short bed thats lowered with a solid 355 in it.  I have some plans for it whenever I get some time to work on it.  I bought it as intentions for a daily driver and I have since wanted a lot more out of it.

I need to take care of some body cancer on the rockers and the bottoms of the doors (typical IL rust) I would like to do some more suspension work in the front because all i have right now is springs.  I really don't want to go bags even tho they are a lot of fun.  But I drive this truck more than I drive the car I am paying a monthly payment for.

Welcome from Arizona. Bagged DD's can be fun if you're running a somewhat sane setup and not too switch happy.

True, my buddy had a 97 extended cab on bags.  It was a blast just cruisin around playin with the switches.  Thanks for all the welcomes
