My problem is that  I need a picture of how the vacuum motor is indexed its connected to a little rod and i've tried different positions can't seem to get it right need a picture to follow please help! In my defense I took it apart about 8 years ago and when i dragged it out of the box i couldn't get it to fit.

yes its the one on the right. There is some sort of decoration/protector cover over vaccum motor on a short rod that runs from motor to vent door. I guess in the big picture how often do you have the vent  open? Probably you either have heat or air on i guess. It would be nice just to get it right thought.

Here are the pictures of the Vent.  Let me know if you need anything else.  The AC pulls the vent open/close.  On MAX it is closed to recirculate the air already in the cab.
