Indexed every hole, blueprinted the pulley, and machined the pulley and flange



Officially the only one with a 6.5" 8 rib KRC pump lol

So idk if i mentioned that i went with the 4 position accuair E-level air ride controls for my truck but:

I took of my upper control arms and used a ball end mill on one of the original bosses for the C5, i didnt want to add any critical stress points but i needed a flat square spot for the heim.  Check out that clamping, they dont teach you that in tech school,


Machined the front brackets to hold the potentiometer. had to get nifty with the Auto X feed and using the Y by hand to make a contour of the C5 Arm mount.



And then i machined some spacers that act as miss alignment for the heims as well as correct geometry for the arms


Machined the rear accuair mounts

Thanks guys, pulling the motor tonight to do some supercharger work and install the melling oil pump, as well as the innovators west crank balancer/pulley and index the trans. supposedly they say I don't have to but my uncle proved them wrong

Accuair in the rear is done


motor came out, high volume oil pump, some cosmetics, a new power steering bracket to accomodate the new pulley, 8 rib innovators west crank pulley, and final fitting the supercharger
