I am sure this has been asked a thousand times before but I'm going to ask again. I have a 1983 cab and box I want to put on a 1980 K10 frame. What modifications to the frame will I need to do to make the cab and box fit? I don't really care about being authentic. This isn't going to be a show truck, just a fun vehicle. My 8 year old grandson has already called dibs on when I'm done with it!!! I have the newer style mounts already. From the little bit I have been able to find out it sounds like I may have to move the radiator mounts ahead about 1/2 an inch and drill new holes to mount the box. Any help would be greatly appreciated.  I have done some fabrication so welding ect isn't a problem.
