No power to tank selector switch
« on: September 27, 2018, 07:22:13 AM »
Hi. New member!  Need some help.  I just purchased a 85 k10 and cannot get any power to the pink wire going to the selector switch.  I tested the continuity and the wire has no brakes in it.  There is no power coming out of the fuse box were the wire plugs in.  Any suggestions? Thanks.

Hi Highrig:
I dont have knowledge of the selector switch on models as late as yours, but I can only suggest to check all your fuses and then follow that pink wire through the fusebox to wherever it comes from. Is there anything else that is electrically not working?Check your grounds as well.
Regards,
Henry
