what years did the 1.25 rotor come on the 2wd half ton or is it more complex then that
the reason I ask is that many moons ago I ordered a set of sindles through godfathers and they told me the 79 I had the 1.25 rotors without me measuring and they were right so what years or models came with the 1.25 rotor

The got lucky. It was optional on all 1/2T pickups.

I believe heavy halfs and diesel trucks had them.
Toys are my game

Sorry, I guess that was a short answer... RSBAD454 is correct. Diesels and Trucks with the HD (Heavy Half) suspension had the 1.25 rotors also. Along with every Blazer/Jimmy and Suburban.

The specific answer is if you have HD suspension, you have HD brakes. ALL Jimmy/Blazer, Suburbans and Heavy Half pickups have HD brakes. All trucks with option J55 also have the HD brakes.
