Title: 89 Sub TBI Harness in 82 K20

Have a chance to get an 89 Suburban that had TBI and 700r4 in 2wd. Was wondering what years of 700r4 would work with this harness to control the overdrive? The TBI will be nice, but really wanting the OD of the 700r4. Also, have a frame from an 83 K20 with a 700R4 in it, is it what I would want to spend money on or do I need newer. Thanks for any help.

Any of them will work.  The harness doesn't control the Overdrive it controls the lockup of the converter while IN overdrive.  All 700R4's have this built in.
