Title: 87 Chev "Wrangler" (Old Red)
Post by: Dwayne on January 13, 2009, 08:45:21 PM
I am a new member of this web site and would like to share a few photos of my truck.
- 1987 Chev "Wrangler" 4X4 (Exclusive Canadian build truck)
- 350CID with TBI
- 4 speed Auto/Overdrive
- Full "A + B" Wrangler Option Package
- One of 455 built with the options package in red over black paint scheme.
- 2.5" lift in rear
- Extra leaf in front

I have owned the truck since new. Fresh paint, no rust, all original equipment

I would like to fill the wheel wells with 33x10.5 rubber. Will I have any clearance issues?

Are there any other Wrangler owners out there? Sometimes hard finding good parts for "Wrangler"

Welcome! Awesome rig man. We had a discussion a while back on the Wrangler. Give us all the info you can on the options and details please!

We are a bit further south, and he did say it was exclusive to Canada. Kindda like these, there are more in the south than up north

Very nice truck! I believe that in order to fit 33's you need at least 2" in the front but it might still rub and i doubt you would want to trim your trucks fenders to fit so i would say either a 2in. body lift(with your current setup) or 4" suspension lift(after taking out your front leaf that you put in and rear lift). hope this helps, Andy
