ignition switch help

Ok.......my ignition switch works great. My radio remembers every station and stuff all times.
When i flip my key back nothing happens. I dont have any radio only type acc action. I have the position. And it moves just fine to the position. But must not b hooked up right. Can u guys tell me how the wires should hook up in the ateering column? I know radios good. I know wiring good. But dont know the action at the switch. Help?

take your tap from an acc slot at the fuse panel.

Will do. Does anyone have a diagram or layout of the fuse panel? Its a 79 k-10 pickup with 350? I have no book and all worss on fuse box are worn off.

cant remember but i want to say its a blade in the fuse panel. dont have my truck here to test

You can also use a voltmeter or test light and test slots with ign. turned to acc.

I got er.........but maybe someone could post the fuse i.d. and i could have it in emergency?

73-79 fuse box should be the same for every year.
