Relocating the Fuel filler tube
« on: July 01, 2013, 12:49:35 PM »
Hey guys, I've some 2" drop shackles I'm trying to install.  Anybody got any ideas or pictures of relocating the fuel filler tube?  I might use a flexible radiator hose, but I don't think I can make to turn sharp enough.  Any help and/or pictures would be appreciated.  I beleive this also has to be done on suburbans too if you use shackles.

Well, I installed the shackles and just put a longer fuel hose. Rubs a little so I'll keep an eye on it

Irish is right.  That radiator hose isn't going to last long.  If you need fuel rated flexible hose check with a boat shop.
