Do you have to pull the 1/4 window out to replace this stuff? Gonna try and do it real quick this week and want to make sure its "a real quick" project.

around the window that rolls up? You will need to get it out to get the glass out of the track..

yeah the felt window channel that the window actually rolls up into. both sides are shot. ordered new ones from rock auto, but the weather isn't being real cooperative.
