TH400 leak at detent plugin connector on case.
« on: October 09, 2007, 10:07:03 AM »
There is a spade terminal sticking out of my transmission case and trans fluid is leaking out around it. I have been looking for this leak for years. I have the cab off preparing the frame for a new cab.

Just wondering if there is an o-ring in there? What is the removal procedure? The piece will jiggle but did not seem to want to twist. It being plastic and all, I did not want to put too much force on it.

drop the pan and you will see it removes by squeezing the plastic sleeve. Yes there is an o-ring.
