Spear Point trim for '76 Scottsdale

Hi all.  This is my first post.  Joined because I'm working on doing some restoration work on a 76 Scottsdale K20.  It was my wife's dad's truck that he bought new in 76.  He passed away about 6 years ago and the truck has been sitting for a few years before that.  It was in pretty rough shape.  I'm nearing the end of the rust repair on the passenger side, which was the worst of it and I'm starting to look a bit down the road at things that I'm going to need for the future and started looking to see if there was a commercially available spear point style side molding for this truck.  I'd like to return it to as original as possible and it has lost this trim over time.  I have done some searching and can't find any, thought I'd ask the experts, or maybe find some one that has some available, even if it it's just the sections that go on the front quarters.  Throw me some hints if you have any ideas on this.
