I have a 78 305 2wd automatic 2 barrel carburetor.
It was running fine, then it started running a bit rough (like not on all cylinders) when I give it has it smooths out.
and there's water droplets that seem to be consistent coming out the tailpipe.
No coolant signs in oil.
And coolant level has not gone down.
I do not see any obvious vacuum lines off.
And it's not smoking.
Any insight is appreciated

Buy a can of carb cleaner and check for vacuum leaks when she's cold, spray around the base of the carb and other potential areas.

If that doesn't reveal a leak, then use the rest to clean out your carb, sound like the idle circuit is dirty.

Spray into the carb vent hole so the solvent goes into the float bowl. Be ready to give it some gas as you do cause you will be flooding the bowl above it's normal level.

Lastly look down the barrel where you'll see metering openings. Aim for those when your giving it gas and it will clean those out too.

Does the dripping water happen when its at operating temperature, like after you run it down the road?

Normal to drip when just starting up.
