1978 K20 with a single 20gal tank. Should be an original-ish system with a quadrajet carb. Fuel lines were so old and brittle they cracked and I had fuel dripping everywhere. Dropped the tank to replace everything and I'm now looking for the piece on the center outlet. Plastic vent piece maybe....high pitch voice. I don't know what it is and am looking through parts sights without success.

I have set timing, replaced map, coolant sensor, egr, pcv, plugs, wires. the list goes on. it runs good but honestly id like for a mechanic to hook it up to a diagnostic machine and tune it or whatever needs to be done. is that possible?

Well, I think the time has come to let this Ginny go.

Cleaned her up, submitted to BaT.

Any thoughts on a reserve price?

Thanks in advance!!!

I have been searching for wheels for my 1979 C10 build for sometime now and have done a ton of research on the forums, but I have not been able to find much information on the attempt that I am trying to make. I really am looking for a good lok and good stance. I want a wheel flush with the fender, slightly able to tuck and I am not looking for a dished look either.

I have a 1979 C10 LWB, coil over suspension in the front with tubular control arms and a flip kit in the rear. I have tossed around the US Mag Ramblers but have made a decision to run the Detroit Steel Delrays instead. In choosing these wheels I have 3 setups that I can run with a range of backspace - 20x9 on all 4, 20x9 front and 20x11 rear, or 20x11 on all 4 and I really want to run the 20x11 on all 4, and I know that the front is going to be the problem area.

Has anyone had any luck in doing so with a similar setup? If so, what backspace? Also, any information on a 10" wide wheel would be appreciated as well.

I have seen one C10 on the 67-72 site that was successful at this and is running 315 tires on all 4 as well. The other 73-87 that is running 11" wide on all 4 is on, however I cant reach out to the owner to see how his clearance is and what his setup is.

Any help is greatly appreciated!! Thanks.

I have been replacing components lately and have seen the posts on how to check for codes but i have no check engine light. i actually reached up behind the cluster and it feels that where the CEL should be is just a plug. any ideas?
