ok templates i think its called it looks like this where can i get them you can just roll them out and then paint over them and then pull them off and it makes stripes

well i looked around and found that you take masking tape and cut it but i thought you could buy it cut already

I think personally it be better to just use fine line tape and paper and lay down the color of the stripes you want and use that color 1st as your basecoat, then mask off the stripes. Reapply the color of the truck you want.Pull the tape and paper off and tack it off and clear over it.But thats just me  ::)

well i like the color on the boss in the first post it is a cool gray metallic with hotrod black and i would like to buy a cowl hood from chris and do something like that or paint the cowl black on the hood and just leave the rest gray my truck is a 4x4 and it will have 33s and a lift i think it would look bad

You dont plan on doing the stripes down the sides do you? Did you know from the factory the blacked out on the 69 boss 302 was done originally with vinyl dye ? You couldnt wax it just wash it if you got wax on it it was pretty much done for.

no i think just on the hood and the chorme will take over to dye that would not be good
